Stirling Knit 'n' Natter - October 2026

Latest yarn festival details and time to talk about Christmas (sorry!)

Yarn festival updates

For various reasons, it looks like we're probably not going to be attending the Glasgow School of Yarn as a group this year. If I'm able to (which is still uncertain at this point), I might go for a short time on the Saturday afternoon so do let me know if you'd like to join me.

However, several of us are planning to go to East Neuk Knits on Saturday, 28 November. The event isn't easily accessible by public transport so we'll organise car sharing from Stirling closer to the time. Tickets are on sale now so, if you haven't already, please buy yours and let me know that you're planning to come. You'll need a "Saturday from 11am" ticket. Note that the ticket purchasing process includes an automatically added charity donation but you can remove this, if you'd prefer not to donate. You need to scroll down past all of the ticket options and workshop listings and it's right at the bottom of the list.

Christmas meal - 7 December

Our Christmas meal will be on Monday 7 December this year at 6pm, at a venue in Stirling still to be determined. Please let me know asap if you'd like to come and if you have any suggestions for where we could go. I'll need to book relatively soon and it's likely that a deposit and pre-ordering will be needed.

Happy crafting,

Susan

Our WhatsApp community

If you would like to join our (completely optional) WhatsApp community, you can do so via this link or by scanning the QR code below. You'll see an "Announcements" channel and a couple of groups within the community. Only I can post to "Announcements" so this will be where you can find important news without any chit-chat.

Other dates for your diary
