Yarn festival updates

Tickets for the Glasgow School of Yarn are now on sale. We're going to attend on the Saturday (10th October) so please buy a ticket now if you'd like to come with us. Unless you want the goodie bag that comes with a deluxe ticket, you should buy a standard ticket for Saturday entry (£11.50 including booking fee). Let me know if you're coming and I'll be in touch closer to the time about travel arrangements.

Tickets are still available for the "Director's Cut" version of the Scottish Yarn Festival but we are not planning to attend this one as a group this year.

We are considering attending East Neuk Knits for the first time but the dates have changed slightly and this will now be held on the 27th and 28th November. Let me know if you'd be interested in attending on the Saturday (the 28th). The event isn't easily accessible by public transport so, if we're going, we'll try to organise car sharing from Stirling. Tickets go on sale now so, if you haven't already, please do let me know if you'd like to come.

CAN Material swap at the V&A

The Circular Arts Network (CAN) are holding a craft material swap event at the V&A Dundee on 19th September. This isn't specifically fibre-related but they do take yarn, fabric, thread and any other craft supplies or art materials that you have that are looking for a new home.
