A short newsletter for a quiet month!

It feels very quiet craft-wise at the moment so I'll keep this one short.

Yarn festivals update

Tickets for the Glasgow School of Yarn are due to go on sale in July and they do tend to sell out so, if you'd like to come with us, do watch out for details next month. There still aren't many details available of what the "Director's Cut" version of the Scottish Yarn Festival will look like or when tickets will be available but I will let you know when I hear more. It's been sounding like, as a group, we might prefer to go to East Neuk Knits this year. Tickets for that aren't due to go on sale until the autumn so there is a bit more time before we have to make plans. Do let me know if there are any other Scottish events or festivals that we might be interested in!

In-person venue reminder

We're now meeting regularly in Cronies Bar, in the Golden Lion Hotel on King Street. Cronies is in the front door, up the steps and turn left, sign-posted for the bar and restaurant. We don't have a booking so, if you're first there, we're just looking to grab a table or tables to fit 6-8 of us. The two tables immediately to the left as you go in the door (directly opposite the bar) are our preferred spot, if they're free.
